- Please do not come to the clinic if you are feeling unwell. If you are sick we will do our very best to fit you in again.
- Please call us to check in when you arrive. If the phone is busy please come to the door and wave.
- Please DO NOT LEAVE a message on the answering machine if you are checking in.
- You will be asked to wait outside until the previous client has exited the exam room and it has been cleaned.
- You can choose to remain outside and send your pet in unaccompanied if you are more comfortable with this option
- We are currently only allowing 1 PERSON in the exam room and MASKS are MANDATORY (exceptions will be made for euthanasia's, end of life discussions and on a case by case basis). If you refuse to wear a mask then your pet will be examined without you present and a discussion with the doctor will take place on the phone or outside.
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING to your appointment
1) A mask
2) A 4-6 foot leash and snug fitting collar/harness for dogs and a carrier for cats
(NO RETRACTABLE LEASHES PLEASE)
3) Any previous vaccine records or booklets if you are new to our clinic
We appreciate your patience. We are booking 3-4 weeks out for wellness care. For medical issues we are doing our best to accommodate patients but non-urgent concerns may be a 2 week wait. Try to call earlier in the day if you have a concern as that is your best chance of getting an appointment if there is a cancellation.
We appreciate at least 24 HOURS notice for cancellations if possible.
For surgeries and dentistry we are booking 3-4 months in advance. We are doing the best we can with the resources we have.
